The bikini-faired ZRX1200R, the first model year of Kawasaki's ZRX 1200 family. It is a naked-style bike whose styling recalls the early-1980s KZ1100 Eddie Lawson replica, with a 1165 cc transverse four based on the ZX-11 engine, tuned for low and mid-range torque. It was sold alongside the fully faired S and the bike's unfaired variants.
